How It Works
At Yeshua Heritage Child Care, we believe in making the childcare process simple, transparent, and stress-free for both parents and nannies. From the moment you reach out, our dedicated team guides you through every step — from understanding your family's needs to matching you with a qualified, compassionate nanny.

For Nannies
Step 1: Application & Screening
Potential nannies apply online or through referral. We carry out rigorous checks — background screening, references, health verification, and childcare certifications.
Step 2: Training & Orientation
Every nanny receives training in safety, child development, emergency response, and Yeshua Heritage standards of care. Specialized training is available for bilingual care, skill-focused learning, and special needs support.
Step 3: Matching with Families
We don’t just place you anywhere. We take time to match you with a family whose values, needs, and schedules align with your skills and personality. This ensures long-term success and happiness for both sides.
Step 4: Placement & Support
Once matched, nannies are placed with families. We provide ongoing support, professional development opportunities, and a community of caregivers.
Step 5: Growth & Opportunities
At Yeshua Heritage, nannies are not just workers — they’re part of a mission. We support your growth with access to certifications, specialized training, and premium placements.
Our promise: You’re not just finding a job — you’re joining a family of caregivers who make a difference.

Our promise to nannies:
With Yeshua Heritage, you are not just finding a job — you are building a profession, supported by a community that values your skills and your future
Why Nannies Choose
Yeshua Heritage Child Care
At Yeshua Heritage Child Care, we understand that exceptional care begins with exceptional caregivers. That is why we place as much emphasis on supporting our nannies as we do on serving families. We are not simply an agency — we are a professional community built on respect, growth, and long-term success.
1. Professional Respect & Recognition
Our nannies are valued as childcare professionals, not just temporary staff. We recognize the important role you play in shaping children’s lives and ensure you are treated with the dignity and respect you deserve.
2. Competitive Pay & Premium Placements
We carefully match nannies with families who value quality care and are committed to offering fair, competitive compensation. This creates placements where your contribution is both appreciated and rewarded.
